Android Thoughts: Google Latitudes: The More You Check In, The More You Save

"The more you check in, the better those discounts get. And, since you don't have to broadcast those checkins to anyone (since Latitude has some pretty great privacy settings), you don't feel like you're selling out to all your friends to get 20% off at RadioShack."

Google is working to get their fingers into everything (not that this should surprise us at this point). Foursquare is clearly in their sites with this one. It's a great way to reward those who frequently check-in, and I like the fact that I don't have to let everyone know that I'm checking into Arby's for the third time today so that I can get that free curly fry!
