Android Thoughts: It's Sunday! Read Some Comics!

So what's an Android Geek to do on Sunday? Day of Rest? How about Day of Comics! If you're looking to start reading your favorite indy comics (or anything you can get into JPG and put on an SD card) on your Android Device, here are a few starters. The first (pictured above) would be Droid Comic Viewer, which makes panning around your comics an easy affair, and can load plain images off of your SD card in a variety of formats. Need some content? Try Vintage Comic Droid, which gives you access to plenty of public domain comics (no big names here, but probably some great stories). Finally, are you a fan of Garfield, xkcd, or PhD Comics? Check out the corresponding apps for some Sunday escapism.
